Cancellation & Pickup Policy

An order request is not accepted until BAKED X BATCHED confirms it or payment is successfully completed, as indicated during checkout. Products, dates, and quantities remain subject to availability. BAKED X BATCHED may decline or cancel an order because of an error, unavailable ingredients or capacity, suspected fraud, an unsafe or unlawful request, or a fulfillment restriction. If BAKED X BATCHED cancels a paid order, the amount charged for the canceled portion will be refunded.

Please read before placing your order.

All orders are made fresh specifically for the customer. All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds are available once an order has been confirmed.

Pickup Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up their order during the scheduled pickup date and time.

If an order is not picked up during the scheduled pickup window, the order will be considered a missed pickup. Missed orders are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or re-bake.

Rescheduling

We allow ONE (1) reschedule per order.

If you need to reschedule, you must contact Baked X Batched within 24 hours of your original scheduled pickup time. Rescheduled pickups are subject to our availability.

Once the one-time reschedule has been used, no additional rescheduling will be allowed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Pickup Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, customization, and fulfillment information and for reviewing the order before submission.

The Terms of Sale above apply to purchases from BAKED X BATCHED through this website. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the product, price, fulfillment, cancellation, and other details shown at checkout. If an order confirmation contains different order-specific terms, the confirmation controls for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

BAKED X BATCHED offers foods made and sold under the laws and rules that apply to its operation. Available products, sales locations, delivery areas, and shipping destinations may be limited by those rules. Products are intended for the end customer and may not be resold unless BAKED X BATCHED expressly agrees and the resale is lawful.

Please read the product label and any required cottage-food disclosure provided with your order. Product descriptions and photographs are provided to help you choose, but handmade items may have reasonable differences in color, decoration, size, or appearance.

Ingredient and major-allergen information is provided on the product label or with the product as required by applicable law. Products may be prepared or packaged in a home or shared kitchen where allergens are present. Unless BAKED X BATCHED expressly confirms otherwise in writing, no product is represented as allergen-free, and cross-contact cannot be ruled out.
